Our purpose built VIP balloon takes hot air ballooning to new heights, offering more space, comfort and indulgence than ever seen before.
Passengers meet at the Mercure Resort, Hunter Valley Gardens. Following a short briefing we transfer you to our selected launch site. Once at the launch site you can witness the magic of a Hot Air Balloon being inflated. One moment we could be drifting just above the tree tops, the next 3000 feet in the air with views of the mountains. Every flight is unique and magical in its own way.
Following the flight of approximately one hour we are returned to the Mercure Resort to relax in the intimate surrounds of the library and enjoy a glass of champagne and time to reflect on your morning with your pilot.
If your morning adventure has left you feeling hungry, the restaurant adjoining the library offer a beautiful buffet style breakfast overlooking the pool and terrace. A hot and cold selection is available as well as tea, coffee and fruit juice. No need to book - just let your pilot know after the flight and we can arrange this at additional cost.
In-flight photos and a selection of souvenirs are also on offer following your flight.
VIP balloon flights include a complimentary pick up service from any of the local hotels/resorts.

Balloon Flights last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Your whole morning will take between 3 and 4 hours. Meeting time is usually 45 minutes before sunrise, so we confirm the meeting time the night before your flight.

Changes and Cancellations Policy
The cancellation policy for this activity is as follows:
- Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
